Your Order Cancellation Rights
This section applies to Physical Goods only.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order for Physical Goods within 3 days with giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date You received the Physical Goods.

We will reimburse You no later than 28 days from the day We receive the returned Physical Goods. We will use the same means of payment You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns (Physical Goods)
For Physical Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 3 days.

The Goods are in their original packaging.

The Product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.

Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Only regular-priced Physical Goods may be refunded. Goods purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
Policy on Digital Products
All sales of Digital Products (including software, licenses, and access keys) are final.
Due to the intangible nature and immediate accessibility of Digital Products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the product key is delivered or the software is made available for download. Please review product descriptions and system requirements carefully before purchasing.Returning Physical Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Physical Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of a completed return delivery.
Gifts
If the Physical Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the item.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
